This notice describes the information this store collects when you browse, create a customer account, place an order, subscribe to updates or contact us. This store is operated by its merchant using the Genovo platform, powered by Grid & Logic.

Information we collect We receive the details you submit, including your name, email address, password hash, delivery address, phone number, order details, reviews and messages. We do not store your password in plain text. Hosting and security services may also process IP addresses, request information and error logs.

How we use information We use this information to operate customer accounts, process and support orders, manage delivery, respond to requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable business obligations. If you subscribe, we store your email address for store updates. Contact us to request removal from the subscriber list.

Cookies and device storage Essential cookies maintain sign-in and the selected store. Browser storage keeps your shopping cart, saved products and comparison list. The Genovo application does not currently add advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting providers and external links have their own privacy practices.

Providers and public content Genovo uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and image storage. Delivery, email and payment providers may receive information needed to perform their services when the merchant enables them. Product images and approved reviews are public. Do not upload confidential information as store imagery or include it in a review. Card payment details, where card checkout is available, are entered with the payment provider rather than stored by this application.

Retention and security Customer sessions expire after thirty days. Account, order, support and subscriber records otherwise remain until the merchant removes them or resolves a valid deletion request, subject to business, dispute and legal retention needs. There is no automatic scheduled deletion of these records. Access to store management is restricted to authorized accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests You can update account details and saved addresses in your account. Use this store’s Contact page for privacy questions, access, corrections, deletion or subscriber removal. We may need to verify your identity and retain information needed for legal obligations or unresolved orders. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights and the ability to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

International processing Our providers may process information outside your country. The applicable locations depend on the merchant’s hosting region and provider configurations.
